We deliberately chose the mountainous region in the interior of the country. Here, you can expect an impressive nature, which is partly developed for tourism and partly still untouched.

Due to its altitude of 945 m above sea level. Kolašin, whose municipality Lipovo belongs, is considered a climatic health resort and enchants with its forested mountains. The property is divided into 34 spacious plots. Here we build different types of houses in a uniform style: from tiny houses to spacious villas as well as semi-detached houses. A hotel will also be part of the project. As a result, a kind of small "mountain village" is being created in a sustainable way.

The local Spiritus Loci management will itself build and live privately on the property and will therefore always be available as a contact person on site.
